Experience in system monitoring and supervising of large-scale computer
● 24/7 support of JobTrac & AutoSys monitoring for any failed jobs;
● Providing Level 1 support for production incidents, and following process and procedures to resolve incidents, application monitoring, and Network & infrastructure monitoring.
● Nearly 20+ years in Network Operations / Application support experience and
● ,CAPRS,SSC,OPSS,Cartrige tape drives, Virtual tape drives systems automate cartridge systems, DASD direct access storage systems, CPU’s Also experience on the Mainframe side: JCL, Jes2 and Jes3,IPL’s,IML’s.
● ensured that all assigned Operations Center's desktop/Laptops, computers are 100%
compliant. I have supported Tech refreshes and upgrades of all desktops on both sites
(Herndon and Reston 2) and completed successfully the upgraded. ● Perform inventories of IT equipment received for the command center repair asset status reports, issues list, and transfer requests.
● Maintain reports, lists, requests, tasks inventory for PC hardware cables and also update
SharePoint.
● Volunteer for meetings, project meetings, conference calls, and related training.
● Modify and update the status of existing equipment PC’s assets for the group managers.
Education: Some college / architect high school diploma
