I have worked in the world of banking in almost every aspect from customer service to the back office since 2016. My current role is Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist at North Easton Savings Bank. My previous role was Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist at Rockland Trust Bank.
I have experience in customer service as a bank teller, relationship banker, and as a contact center representative. In these roles, I earned many accolades for my superior customer service skills. I also have experience as a Help Desk Specialist in the IT department of a local credit union so I understand the background of banking applications as well as the front end usage.
I earned a degree in Communication Disorders from Bridgewater State University and graduated with honors. My educational experience helped me hone my skills at writing reports, which has assisted me throughout my career.
