I am passionate about working with children and helping young people feel emotionally safe, supported, confident, and understood—especially those who are often overlooked, misunderstood, behaviorally challenged, or struggling to express what they are going through.
My background is rooted in youth behavioral support, emotional wellness, mentorship, family collaboration, and therapeutic group engagement within high-needs community settings. I have experience supporting children facing trauma, grief, behavioral difficulties, peer conflict, ADHD, autism, emotional dysregulation, bullying, family instability, and school-related challenges.
One of my biggest strengths is my ability to naturally build trust with children who are emotionally guarded, difficult to engage, or struggling socially and behaviorally. I believe consistency, patience, creativity, structure, and genuine connection can completely change how a child responds to support.
Throughout my experience, I have facilitated youth groups, developed behavioral motivation systems, created therapeutic activities and individualized support tools, supervised large youth programs and outings, collaborated with schools and support teams, and helped families navigate challenges while encouraging emotional and behavioral growth in their children.
I am also highly creative and enjoy creating positive environments that make children feel welcomed, encouraged, and excited to participate. Whether through mentorship, structured activities, emotional support, behavior guidance, community outreach, event coordination, or child-centered programming, my goal is always to leave a positive and lasting impact on the youth and families I work with.
I am currently seeking opportunities where I can continue making a difference in the lives of children while bringing strong communication skills, leadership, creativity, emotional intelligence, and hands-on youth support experience to a team-focused environment.
