Holly Fletcher

During my time as a software engineer I found what I really loved the most was making sure my team mates were unblocked and thriving. I enjoy working with stakeholders and finding a process that works for everyone, not just a process that should work. The area/vertical of the role matters less to me than the commitment of the company to support their employees and their happiness and career growth.
