I am a graduating 3L at Suffolk University Law School who currently handles family law and domestic violence matters as a Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney. My year-long clinical program has provided me with ample courtroom experience encompassing a variety of family law matters. Additionally, I have extensive experience with 209A restraining order proceedings from both my clinical program and my prior summer internship at Casa Myrna Vasquez in Dorchester, MA.
I have been Rule 3:03 Certified since May 2024. Last summer, I completed an internship at Casa Myrna Vasquez which allowed me to advise clients on complex family law matters involving domestic violence. Additionally, I visited the Dorchester branch of the BMC court system on a weekly basis to advise pro se litigants on 209A restraining order proceedings.
I have participated in a clinical program focusing on family and domestic violence law through my law school for the entirety of the academic year, and have gained ample litigation experience in doing so. Additionally, throughout law school, I have worked as a residence hall director at the Wentworth Institute of Technology. In this position, I have frequently worked with the university's Title IX office on a variety of projects, including creation of materials to explain lengthy Title IX policies to students and composition of research memos containing updated First Circuit case law relating to university Title IX proceedings.
I will graduate from Suffolk University Law School in May 2025, and graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University with a B.A. in Politics in May 2022. Additionally, in Fall 2023, I received the Jurisprudence Award for my Professional Responsibility course.
