I am experienced in Front counter: Customer Service, Ticketing, Baggage Tags, Charging Customer if baggage is over weight, issuing gate passes when needed, assist customers if wheel chairs are needed, booking flights, hotels and rental cars if getting a bundle deal, calling for fuel request, closing counter 45min prior to departure.
Gate agent, handle customer concerns about flight issues, seat changes, scanning of boarding passes, gate checks, assist with wheelchairs for boarding and unloading, checking of passengers on board for flight crew, operating of jet bridge. Also assist in taking baggage, strollers etc to plane side.
