My work experience has a dual stream of academia and management contributing to adaptability for tackling different roles:
Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Project Management, Business Communication, Research Methods, Data Analysis, Human Computer Interaction, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Oracle For more than ten years, I have taught a number of Management courses (on campus and online). I have extensive experience working with local and international students, as well as students with a variety of learning disabilities. I pride myself in creating a classroom environment that accommodates the needs of my individual students while still promoting a high level of critical thought.
Some of my most satisfying experiences as a teacher have come from helping struggling students to grasp difficult concepts, through a combination of case studies, class activities, and group discussion.
My research interests have both shaped and been shaped by my recent teaching experiences. For more than ten years I developed and taught Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management and Human Resource Management courses at California State University Fullerton, and I am still teaching at California State University Fullerton.
I also work as a program Chair at Stanton University.
