I have over 20+ years in automotive service. I started service writing in March of 2000 with Bingham Toyota, and Michael Toyota from 2007 to 2019 then Fresno Lexus. I'm a Great problem-solver with strong background as qualified certified service consultant (ASE certified ID number ASE-5947-0613).
Knowledgeable about different automotive systems, parts and typical problems. Brings proven abilities in locating sources of faults and completing quality repairs. Excellent communication skills. Communication is key.
