I have been actively working as a Service Advisor since August 2022, where I have developed strong skills in customer communication and service coordination within the automotive industry. Prior to this role, I spent the majority of my career in the bicycle industry, including nine years as the owner of a local bicycle shop in Las Vegas. This experience provided me with a comprehensive understanding of business operations and highlighted the importance and value of transparent and effective communication with customers.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term customer relationships. My background in both industries has equipped me with valuable insights into customer needs and the importance of building trust, which I carry into my current role as a Service Advisor.

I hold a high school diploma and have continually pursued learning opportunities throughout my career. Although my formal education is at the high school level, I have actively participated in various classes and workshops related to both the automotive and bicycle industries, consistently achieving high scores.
