Responsibilities: Built simulation to analyze electromagnetic interference through plasma sheaths and blackouts in hypersonic aircrafts.
Built 2-dimensional FDTD modeling program in MATLAB to measure, model, and minimize signal attenuation.
Cut sim time from 62 hours to 8 hours.
10 minute run time option at ~99% accuracy.
Calculated signal attenuation at 1600 points across body. Determined signal loss for body across full trajectory.
Determined ideal placement of receiver antenna on different missiles. Submitted abstract, writing paper to submit to AIAA conferences.
Responsibilities: Designed and implemented several multi-year projects to increase the capacity and capability of Indorama Ventures’ world-class chemical plant in Port Arthur, TX.
Development and review of electrical schematics for execution of the E7 Rundown Tank Replacement, F5 TBHP Analyzer project, H-K-11 Flowmeter project, and E4 DEA Tower Internal Improvements.
Designed electrical P&IDs using AutoCAD, scheduled and wrote scopes of work, performed power line analysis and calculations, calculated instrumentation specifications, sized electrical components.
Solicited suppliers for equipment, labor, and pricing.
