I am a Public Relations (PR) graduate from Lake Charles Louisiana. I have over seven years of customer service experience in retail, medical Office, and in recruiting. Giving excellent customer service is something I am natural at.

The role of a Public Relation specialist is to deal with the public and the company that they are working for, and therefore my educational knowledge and experience in PR makes me overly qualified for any customer service position. I enjoy communicating with people and I am great at dealing with people. I am also great at helping people with their needs and making them feel good about the service they've been given.

Therefore, I am seeking PR job opportunities as well as customer service job opportunities that will give me the opportunity to do what I do best which is work with people.
