As a CSR, I am responsible for assisting clients, customers and callers by phone and emails. Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing status updates, and resolving problems related to their order delivery. Investigate and resolve issues with deliveries, such as lost or damaged goods, discrepancies, and delays.

Maintain accurate records, update databases with delivery information, and generate reports for management or customers. Liaise with customers, carriers, and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations and meet delivery timelines.

Substitute Teacher - South Plainfield Board of Education - South Plainfield

As a Building Substitute Teacher, I was deployed at the Roosevelt Elementary School, where I covered classes for the other teachers across all grades and subjects.
