In my current role as a Senior Operational Trainer, I design and deliver learning programs that enhance employee readiness and long‑term performance. I build SharePoint knowledge hubs that reduce friction and improve access to information, and I create communication materials that support clarity and consistency across teams. I also analyze employee feedback and performance data to identify pain points and recommend improvements to workflows, training, and communication.
Outside of the workplace, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre. I believe this is relevant education because I know how to work with all kinds of people, meet deadlines, and use my creative talents to deliver effective and engaging results.
