• Maintained a clean kitchen, properly sorted all clean dishes for the kitchen to access.
• Assisted in food prep and any other preparation duties as needed.

• Maintained speed of service for food orders while minimizing errors and complaints.
• Delivered correct food items to tables according to documentation from servers.
• Cleaned and sanitized food preparation and serving areas.

• Greet 100-150 guests a night incoming and departing warmly, making them feel welcomed, and then escorted them to their table.
• Help servers by setting and cleaning tables, refilling empty glasses, and serving beverages.
• Receive payments by validating credit card charges, accepting money, calculating, and issuing change.

• Maintain solid product knowledge and awareness of all product information, merchandise, and services.
• Completing sales transactions, counting money, and depositing money into the safe at closing time.
• Make 40 phone calls a shift to prospects to bring them in and generate more business for the club.
