James Smiley

I am a former professional athlete who has successfully transitioned into the field of aerospace program management, bringing with me a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, and high-performance leadership. With three years of experience managing complex aerospace programs, I’ve developed a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion under pressure. Now, I’m looking to apply my leadership skills, collaborative mindset, and results-driven approach to a forward-thinking aviation company where I can contribute meaningful value and continue growing within the industry.
