With over 20 years of strategic experience with civil society organizations and campaigns, Adams has led communications and digital shops for domestic and international orgs and world leaders. Primary issues areas include climate, and environmental justice, democracy and human rights. Most recently, she has built out equity policy and climate justice programming for a mid green organization.
She is a strategic thought leader with corporate and academic experience, and undergirds her consultancy practice with a values-based, interfaith and intercultural lens. Adams is seeking leadership opportunities within the philanthropic public good space - with a particular interest in helping those most impacted by climate and environmental harm.
