Handling complaints or making special accommodations professionally.
Supervising many events at once, while my staff is present in each banquet room.

Coordinating timing with the kitchen, banquet staff, club management and all vendors.

Server - American Hotel Banquet & The Standard Restaurant

Restaurant - used handheld ipad to take orders, wrote down clear concise orders on paper, side work throughout the night, break down restaurant as a closer, organize the serving stations for the next day. Fold napkins and roll silverware in napkins for outdoor seating. Bussed my own tables when it was busy. Love to upsell! Wonderful customer service towards all ages and work well with others.
Banquet - server from time to time, during major holidays and at parties when needed. Can set up an entire room, know the ins and outs of what's needed for parties etc.

Server - Eagle Oaks Country Club (Banquets) - Prime & Vine Steakhouse

Trained international staff in both banquets and in the restaurants.
Banquets - worked every member event, some weddings, mitzvahs and bridals showers. I can fold napkins in many ways, steamed silverware and glassware to be put out at events, work well with others and loved serving hors d'oeuvres and I was in charge of alerting guests to start heading to the main ballroom. Keep my tables neat and cannot stand clutter on the tables. Worked holidays.
