My name is Janavi and I graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing with an emphasis on Integrative Health (BSN-IH) in August 2023. I’m passionate about nursing and optimizing patient care, and I am eager to learn and grow in my career as a Registered Nurse.
Throughout my schooling I completed my rotations in the various specialties, then I had a transition to nursing preceptorship that included 144 clinical hours that We’re completed in a medical Intensive care unit at a regional hospital.
Since graduating and passing my boards in October, I have take a position at a Neuro/Medical surgical acute care hospital where I have been for nearly 6 months. I recently completed a 10 week ICU novice program through the hospital where we covered important topics to optimize our patient care and gain a deeper understanding of managing medical conditions.
