I've got experience working across several different books of business that vary quite a bit in their vertical, but are common in their relevance to customer success, retention, and growth. I've had the luxury of a broad spectrum of industry exposure that include finance, martech, ad tech, e-commerce, and most recently education firms.
In this time I have achieved and surpassed clear account goals and have built long term relationships that have extended beyond individual jobs. I've learned how to take any client, identify their needs for them, confirm whether their use case matches with the product I represent, and grow the partnership from there. I have great experience with churn saves, upsells, cross sells, cross-functional work with developers and sales, SEVERAL platform rollouts, and rediscovery calls.
I'm a strong advocate for client needs, I like to think that I work at all of the companies I represent the product to, and I've always tried to become an expert in what they do.
I attended and graduated from the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College campus, double majoring in Political Philosophy and Chinese Language & Literature. I've had the fortune of leveraging my Chinese language knowledge in past positions involving APAC clients.
