STRATEGIC SALES MANAGER at Eton Shirts (2019-01 – 2025-07)
- Held commercial ownership of Eton's strategic wholesale portfolio across the UK, Ireland, and select international markets, including Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Frasers Group, Brown Thomas, and Louis Copeland.
- Managed an estimated SEK 70M (approximately US$7.7M) annual business, balancing approximately 65% forward orders with 35% recurring Never Out of Stock sales to reduce dependence on seasonal revenue and markdown activity.
- Directed the commercial strategy across four annual forward-order collections: two shirting-led pre-collections and two main collections used to expand Eton's lifestyle proposition.
- Delivered SEK 29.05M (approximately US$3.2M) across AW25 and SS26, outperforming seasonal budgets by 35% and 18% respectively while achieving year-over-year growth of 43% and 27%.
- Secured lifestyle category adoption across every strategic account, building buyer confidence through tailored assortments, phased investment, staff education, retail events, digital content, and sell-out support; most partners increased both spend and dedicated space.
- Expanded Eton into less-established clothing categories within a casual retail market, growing SS26 units 498% across overshirts, soft jackets, and lightweight outerwear to 1,609 units, 369% above budget.
- Built incremental category revenue alongside core shirting, including 73% year-over-year growth in AW25 accessories sell-in to SEK 1.14M (approximately US$125K), finishing 74% above budget.
- Designed account-specific core programs of 10-15 styles using Power BI analysis across fits, collars, cuffs, and occasions, then expanded proven programs into T-shirts, knitwear, and accessories.
- Led adoption of Centra B2B, custom-made platforms, and Endless Aisle across the account base, training buyers and store teams to access the full assortment, replenish weekly, and capture sales beyond store inventory.
- Managed two Sales Activators and set market priorities for replenishment, training, events, and sell-out execution; reported to the UK Sales Director and presented seasonal strategy, performance, and growth plans to the Board twice annually.
SALES MANAGER at Eton Shirts (2017-03 – 2019-01)
- Managed a £2M annual account base across Northern England, Ireland, and Northern Ireland.
- Built seasonal, half-year, and annual forecasts using customer open-to-buy plans, performance data, and regional targets.
- Negotiated account marketing budgets and managed shop-in-shop and pop-up investment within major department stores.
- Prepared and merchandised the showroom for 125 clients representing 138 UK retail doors.
SALES ACTIVATOR at Eton Shirts (2014-05 – 2017-03)

- Represented Eton at Pitti Uomo and supported seasonal sell-in presentations and buyer relationships.
SALES ASSISTANT at Tiger of Sweden (2012-12 – 2014-03)
- Selected from the Swedish retail team to support the opening of a new London store.
