Throughout my career, the ethos of leadership and greater purpose of service have remained in focus. Currently, I lead the day to day functions of a construction company as the operations manager. Over the last 20 years, I have followed a path to develop my leadership skills through creativity, authenticity and integration of practice. At this stage in my life, the opportunity to teach has been brought into focus.
