I understand manufacturing processes from the bottom up. I have been involved with everything from filling a pillow to managing trucking services and managing the start to finish operations. i am comfortable in small and large operations. I am also able to manager all steps of a business: Purchasing SupplyChain Hiring Manufacturing Shipping and Billing. I have done all of this over the last 30 years.

LEARNING THE INS AND OUTS OF THE MACHINERY. JEFF WAS LATER
PROMOTED TO SHIFT SUPERVISOR WORKING THE OVERNIGHT SHIFT FOR THE
HI-LOFT DIVISION. IN 1997 JEFF WAS PROMOTED TO THE PILLOW DIVISION,
TAKING OVER THE RETAIL LINE OF HOME GOODS MANUFACTURED IN THE USA
AND IMPORTED FROM CHINA. JEFF TRAVELED TO CHINA ON 6 DIFFERENT
OCCASIONS BETWEEN 1994 AND 1999. THESE TRIPS WERE SUPPLY CHAIN
INSPECTION AND BUYING TRIPS. IN 2005 THE PILLOW DIVISION CLOSED DUE TO A RENEWED EMPHASIS ON WHAT WOULD EVENTUALLY BECOME THE CFM GLOBAL FAMILY OF COMPANIES. JEFF WAS PROMOTED AGAIN TO BE THE
PRESIDENT OF BONDED FIBERS MIDWEST IN DELAVAN WISCONSIN. JEFFS
DUTIES WERE INCLUDED SALES, MANUFACTURING, HR AND BOOKKEEPING. IN
2020, THE CFM FREIGHT, LLC DIVISION WAS ESTABLISHED AS AN INTER-STATE
FREIGHT CARRIER TO ENHANCE THE CFM GLOBAL PARTNER'S OFFERINGS.
