- Manage RI SHIP/SMP 1-888-884-8721 phone line and respond to messages in a timely frame
- Data Entry of SHIP/SMP Interactions into reporting systems STARS and SIRS for federal reporting requirements
- Assist with coordination of trainings and events

- Communicate basic program, process, eligibility requirements and status to customers and advocates
- Complete applications and securing supporting evidence to ensure that complete and accurate information is obtained
