Currently serving as a District Instructional Coach in Pflugerville ISD, I support K–2 teachers across multiple campuses in delivering high-quality, standards-aligned instruction. My background includes leading schoolwide literacy initiatives, designing and facilitating professional development, and analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.
