With over 20 years of progressive leadership in oil, gas, and energy operations, Jerome Jackson has held senior roles overseeing multi-state pipeline and terminal operations, refinery logistics, and asphalt production. Most recently, as Founder & President of Industrial Pro Recruiting, he successfully built a firm specializing in talent solutions across energy, chemical, manufacturing, engineering, and construction sectors—strengthening his expertise in strategic planning, client relations, and organizational leadership. Prior to this entrepreneurial venture, Jerome served as General Manager for NuStar Energy’s West Coast Region, leading 100+ employees across nine terminals with full responsibility for HSE compliance, cultural development, operational reliability, and financial oversight.

His earlier tenure at NuStar and CITGO included managing terminal operations, refinery logistics, rail and marine movements, PMA plant operations, and union workforce supervision. Across all roles, Jerome has consistently delivered results through operational excellence, safety leadership, and strategic business management.

Jerome Jackson earned a B.S. in Business Management from Wilmington University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and participating in honor societies including Delta Epsilon Rho and Sigma Beta Delta. He also holds an A.S. in Business Administration and Management from Camden County College, where he was a member of Phi Theta Kappa. In addition to his academic achievements, Jerome has completed advanced industry certifications, including Hazwoper Technician training through the University of Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute and NFPA 1081 Industrial Fire Brigade: Advanced Exterior certification through Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service.
