I have been in quality in multiple industries for over 35 years. I have been anything from an inspector, an analyst, a QE, up to FAA DMIR, Quality Manager and finally the Head of Quality. Over the years I've worked with suppliers and customers to resolve disputes or to nurture a relationship.
I have worked anything from RCCA on a detail parts (internal or external supplier) up to contract negotiation on complete aircraft with Customer. I am an experienced Quality Manager with a Green Belt & an MBA.

Experienced in building and leading a Quality Team
Familiar with using systems such as Enovia, Catia, IVT, Eplan, CACS, Velocity & Redars, Jira
Multi-Site FAA Representative for McDonnell Douglas/BOEING-St. Louis; effectively coordinates with FAA Inspectors and Aircraft Certification System Evaluation Program Audit Teams and all domestic/international Airline Customers
DMIR/ODA – Three years as a delegate of the FAA conducting conformity inspections, reviews/approvals, etc. of aircraft interior products, details & assemblies
Co-Leader (Boeing), (Novapak) and Leader (Pretium) of the ISO9000 Implementation Team. I was also the Leader of the AS9100 Implementation Team (Aeronautical Accessories, Inc)
