Global Human Rights Expert with over 15 years of international experience of working in the field of human rights, international relations and transitional justice, mainly with a focus on African and Latin America countries and expertise related to humanitarian affairs, gender rights, diplomacy and peace and Justice. I have vast experience in project implementation in conflict and/or post-conflict settings, including in providing capacity building and training of national counterparts on international affairs, justice and rule of law. Previously to joining the Mission to the UN, I was a Criminal Justice Associate at the International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ) based in New York from 2008-2016, where I started as an expert consultant in 2007.
A native of Argentina, I studied and received Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law, Political Science and International Affairs in Buenos Aires, the United States and Europe. I received a diploma on forced migration and development from Oxford University, as well as over 10 certificates from the UN, the ICRC, and Harvard and Leiden Universities.
