I'm on a mission to help organizations build smarter remote team collaboration and communication strategies. In my most recent role as an account executive at StarLeaf, I leveraged my 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience to exceed revenue targets and drive profitable growth, executing strategic account plans, processes, and metrics aligned with revenue performance objectives.
Preceding my tenure, I served as a business development associate at Collibra, a market leader in data governance, achieving 136% of quota during my first quarter by delivering SaaS enterprise data intelligence solutions to Fortune 100 clients, including Boeing, ExxonMobil, and GE.
Ownership is my guiding principle as a sales professional, and I take great pride in my commitment to lifelong learning. My clients and colleagues often describe me as a deeply empathic, intellectually curious individual who’s obsessed with continuous improvement. I believe a great leader brings added value to the organization, always acting in a way that is congruent with their true character and the team's best interest.
Before anyone can become a great leader, one must first learn to be a great student, as it is hard to lead without first being a good follower. And with that said, leadership is about being a great student of life.
Throughout my career, I've learned to get better at asking for help since support is only available to those who ask for it. Once I learned to take responsibility for my success and failures in life, I found my inner strength and resilience to face and overcome life's challenges by tapping into creativity, keeping a positive mindset, and embracing change. These experiences continue to shape me to this day, where I collaborate cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful client-centric solutions.
In addition to my hands-on work, I earned my bachelor's degree in marketing from Rutgers University. When I'm not planning and executing sales strategies, I dedicate my time to supporting and mentoring a youth through Plan International.
