Ramp Lead at O’hare

I consider myself a good worker, I prioritize a job that prioritizes its workers. Raises is a big for me, being able to go up in a job is a challenge I am willing to accept.
I started at McDonald’s when I was 16 years old. As I got older i moved on to jobs but they weren’t a good fit for myself. I got the O’Hare job as a Warehouse worker and took it. they started me at $20/hr.
After that I worked my way through Alliance ground International and ended up as a Ramp Lead. The reason I say that I prioritize a job that will prioritize its workers is because, Alliance Ground International DOES NOT prioritize its workers. I’ve been there for almost three years and haven’t gotten a raise and there’s other people there that have been there 10+years and they haven’t either.
When I received my Lead position, I wasn’t given a raise so I demoted myself after 2 weeks of doing extra work with no pay.
My highest education is Junior Year of a highschool. I am working my way through getting my GED and My CDL Class A
