I currently work at PSA Airlines; I assist Pilots and Flight Attendants with compliance issues, technology upgrades and user training on tools and websites. I also maintain FAA reports and reliability issues. I also have 25 years of Customer sales support experience including contract negotiations, renewal customer meeting and setting up accounts, satisfying billing issues and participating in customer auditing for permissible usages in using the services. Conducting welcome calls for new clients to secure retention. Working as a liaison between external customers and internal departments to resolve many outstanding issues to solution. Project managed several system platform changes to satisfy customer requirements. Training coordinator and educating internal and external customers on business systems and tools on an ongoing basis. I also have extensive knowledge in Siebel Analytics, CRM Management tools, TotalSource, Salesforce and excel.
