I am a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) with 15 years of professional nursing experience in Acute care, long-term care, rehabilitation, and healthcare facilities. I have extensive experience in managing various medical conditions, overseeing chronic illnesses, and providing care for the elderly. My clinical training includes rotations in primary care outpatient clinics serving patients aged 13 and older, as well as skilled nursing, long-term care, palliative care, and hospice care.
