Johanna Pineda

I am a motivated person, currently going to school. Just received my AA degree in Fine Arts. Starbucks is very appealing to me because of its environment and values. Coming from a company that works with similar values, I would love the opportunity to make people happy with a cup a joe.

I have been an assistant manager for more than 3 years. Have been with the company for more than 6 years. I have grown professionally and personally with the company which has guided me to where I’d like to be.

My education is in Fine Arts which has been leveraged from my creative side to use it outside of school. Creativity is a skill, just like all other skills which is just as important as Leadership.
