I've worked for small businesses, investors and property owners helping them entitle and develop raw land to develop and build mixed-use, multifamily, RV parks, and single-family developments. I use my experience to find what will satisfy all parties, (especially the owner) without incurring more costs or expending more time -- which is always the goal as a consultant to create "win-win" scenarios when more expensive design professionals fail to perform. I look at each project independently to provide solutions that comply with local building codes.

Management of each project requires knowing when to be deploying assets to job sites (contacting DigTess prior to mobilizing geotechnical drill rigs and backhoes to dig test pits); bringing in specialty consultants as needed for projects (i.e. geologists, concrete specialists, landscape architects, land surveyors, utility contractors, etc.) and coordinated projects between all A/E/C team members until the owners received their Certificate of Occupancy.
