With 18 years of executive experience in governmental and healthcare sectors, I possess in-depth knowledge of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Federal Regulatory Departments, the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Congress, the Executive Branch, and State Government Relations. My expertise encompasses navigating complex regulatory landscapes and fostering strategic relationships across multiple levels of government.

With a robust career spanning over 18 years, I have held senior executive positions such as SVP and VP of Government Relations with Genesis HealthCare, Executive VP of Regulatory and Government Relations with Indepence Care Group, Chief Government Relations Officer at Patriot Home Healthcare, and EVP and Chief of Global Business and Policy for an international consulting company. My extensive experience also includes serving as regional campaign manager for Governor Jerry Brown and deputy campaign manager for Liuba Gretchen Shirley. Additionally, I have worked in the mayor's office and city council of Baltimore, Maryland, focusing on policy, and served as Deputy Chief Administrative Officer and Deputy Chief of Staff to the mayor of Mount Vernon, NY. Overseeing the day to day operations of all city departments and department heads. Furthermore, I was the Assistant Deputy Mayor of NYC for Policy, Government Relations, and International Affairs.

I hold a Master's degree in Public Administration, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Healthcare Administration.
