Josh Andersen

I am an enthusiastic individual with over 15 years of superintendent knowledge in multi room dwellings and commercial buildings. I specialize in laminate and millwork as well as all other aspects of construction and facilities maintenance. I come from a family of homebuilders and engineering. Single Dad of 2 lovely kids who are my world.

Since the age of 22 I have been working in construction and property management. I was the Chief Engineer at the Renaissance Hotel at Flatirons before moving to Kansas. Became property manager out there for an investor out of California where I was overseeing 40+ properties. Came back to Colorado 5 years later and started up a millwork company remodeling walmarts. After about 7 years I gave in to finally be apart of their team and become superintendent and freelancing on the side.

I know how to read blueprints from any architect and have the ability to line out a team to have a safe and productive shift!
