I have been in this field for over 10 years and would like to share my experiences with others in a supervisory role.
I have done BCBA work from homes to schools. I have implemented behavior interventions in kiddos homes and worked directly with parents and staff. More recently I have been working with schools, conducting FBA's, creating Behavior Support Plans and teaching and mentoring staff in classrooms.
I completed the ABA coursework at FIT Online.
