Additionally, I successfully deployed and maintained a Citrix VDI implementation across multiple data centers, supporting a global team of 250 engineers and support personnel at IBM. Notably, I saved IBM over $200K in annual MS Exchange Server licenses by implementing open source Postfix relays on Linux.
At ICS, I discovered and resolved a major issue in their TMS cloud application that went unnoticed which had impacted email delivery to over 10,000 clients and candidates. I was also instrumental in migrating some of ICS’s on premises environments into the Azure cloud network.
