Josh Katers

I am passionate in structure and design with relations to new ideas, the simplification of processes, and innovation. I am eager to grow and learn as an individual through my experiences and to build the people around me.

For the past year and a half, I have worked as a manufacturing engineer, completing projects involving equipment design/development and implementation. Equipment integration, layout adjustments, linebalancing, and inventory management.
