I have over 30 years cooking experience, many of those years in a supervisor role.

I can work any position in the kitchen and I am a quick learner of new menu items. I am creative and I can utilize the products on hand to create something memorable.

I am a high school graduate and I have worked under two professional chefs in my career. I would like to believe that I absorbed everything they know.
