About

I am excited to express my interest in joining your team. With experience in human resources, employee onboarding, administrative support, and child advocacy, I believe my background has prepared me to make a positive contribution to your organization. I am currently completing my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Arkansas, with minors in Psychology, Social Work, and Sociology, and expect to graduate in December 2026.

Experience

Human Resources at Target

During my time working in Human Resources at Target, I gained valuable experience coordinating interviews, assisting with hiring and onboarding, maintaining confidential employee records, and supporting daily administrative operations. I regularly communicated with employees and applicants, answered questions, and helped ensure new team members had a smooth transition into their positions. These responsibilities strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer

Additionally, my experience as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer has strengthened my communication, advocacy, and problem-solving abilities. Through this role, I have gained experience working with individuals from different backgrounds, maintaining confidential information, and managing responsibilities that require careful documentation and follow-up.

My previous experience in education has also taught me the importance of patience, adaptability, and building positive relationships.
