Helping SMB & Mid‑Market Teams Eliminate Workflow Chaos and Unlock Scalable Growth

I’m an accomplished IT Executive and Fractional CIO (PMP, ISC2 CC) with 15+ years leading global infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and operations teams across aviation, logistics, and mid‑market organizations. I specialize in stabilizing broken environments, reducing risk, and modernizing IT foundations so organizations can scale with confidence.

As the Founder of VW Tech, I help overwhelmed teams streamline operations through a structured Discover → Design → Deliver framework. My work focuses on IT strategy, cloud readiness, workflow redesign, ITSM modernization, and enterprise tool consolidation using platforms like Freshservice and Monday.com.

Previously, as VP of IT Infrastructure & Services at Unical Aviation, I led major transformation initiatives including a full AWS migration, cybersecurity uplift, ERP modernization, global office expansions, and multiple divestiture/separation programs — all tied to measurable business outcomes.

What I bring:

• Clarity for overwhelmed teams
• Calm, structured leadership in high‑pressure situations
• Modern, scalable workflows and integrated tool ecosystems
• Strategic IT guidance without the full‑time CIO price tag
