I have dedicated my career to serving the Lake Region Conference of Seventh-Day Adventists in various roles, including Vice President of People Operations, Human Resources Director, and Customer Experience.
As a member of the executive leadership team, I planned, directed, coordinated, and oversaw operations related to people activities in the organization, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of the organization. This role develops and oversees the execution of the People Operations department’s long-term strategy to create and maintain a best-in-class employee experience in a diverse and inclusive culture where all associates can thrive. The position reports and collaborates with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
