My name is Kai, I am Florida born and raised. I am 19 years old and a Sophomore at the University of Central Florida, studying architecture. I like to surf, skate, adventure, and play sports. I have experience in sales, construction, leadership and project management.
I have worked 2 remodeling jobs (Karo Remodeling, Grey Dog Remodeling) where I helped with the Construction, set up, clean up, management, and demolition of countless sites. I have also worked sales jobs at Christmas tree stands during season.
I have my Associated degree from Palm Beach State and I am working towards my Architecture degree at UCF.
