Project Lead for LasVegas Convention and Visitor’s Authority and Executive Board. Streamlined project docket progress from initiation through launch increasing KPI efficiency by 75% in 6mo; (Notable Projects; Formula 1, SuperBowl LVIII, NCAA 2028, etc.)
Pioneered Expedia partnership campaign, which won the 2022 North American Campaign of the Year, delivered 2.3 million room nights, and earned Las Vegas the #1 destination on their travel site.
Piloted creative strategy and developed deliverable resourcing deployment for CLIO awarded “Why Would You” campaign. Delivered 228M+ impressions across multi-channel strategy over 1MO.
Developed and implemented financial processes while managing $500M budget, over contract’s 5FY contract. Identified and analyzed potential financial budgetary risks while providing fiscal summaries.
Onboarded and oversaw 7+ project managers with online and offline projects/programs for assigned pillars (OTA, DEI, Business, Consumer, Sports & Sponsorships, MARCOMS); while executing brand and project stewardship with the client and “Visit Las Vegas” brand.

Account Executive June 2020- May 2022

Headed account management team, which included social media and public relations, to ensure ongoing clarity, internal communications and success regarding strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for (10+) government, nonprofit, hospitality, and entertainment clients.
Executed marketing campaigns for the Nevada Office of Traffic Safety (NOTS), earning Gold and Silver ADDY’s for best Public Service Campaign, Radio, and “Drunk” TV.
Spearheaded and implemented community wellness initiatives for (NOTS) including the transportation advocacy program,Zero Fatalities. Initiatives included partnering with Lyft, which resulted in over 10,000+ redeemed rides for the 2019-2020 FY.
Conducted focus group market research to increase product service knowledge and optimize best practices, driving campaign development, execution, and performance. Efforts increased website traffic by 65% in 2020.

Project Manager August 2018-June 2020

Served as project lead for event and trade show productions, (budgets ranging from $20k-$2,000,000), including on-site management, venue sourcing and negotiation, schedule development and buildout, resource allocation, and billable components for over 40+ live events per fiscal year.
Engineered and implemented agency-wide internal communications for COVID-19 in office processes as well as live, and virtual events. Collaborated with senior stakeholders to identify employee priorities, develop creative solutions, and author effective companywide storytelling that positioned The JGS Group as a top tier organization for pandemic corporate event services.
Chaired the event leadership team for the launch of The BoringCompany and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitor Authority’s “People Mover” at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
