With over 2 years of professional experience in the construction industry and having founded my own company, I have gained valuable experience in managing a team, developing and executing projects,

and managing resources. My time as a founder has also helped me develop strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically in order to achieve success.

I am skilled in project management, communication, and teamwork. I understand the importance of clear and effective communication, especially when working on complex projects with multiple trades. I have a strong knowledge of building codes and site safety regulations. being experienced in leading and collaborating with teams of diverse backgrounds and skill sets, and I am confident in my ability to work effectively with your organization's team.
