I am a very hard worker, reliable and punctual. I take pride in everything that I do and always strive to be the best and master everything I put my mind to. I have 27 year of experience in customer care positions including management roles, I have worked for a large bank in both the small business loans dept and also credit card fraud.
I am successful at driving sales and profit in different industries including merchandising and marketing. I have also been an emergency dispatcher being the point of contact between doctors, hospitals and patients and have also completed a certification in medical assisting and cpr with a specialty in cardiology.
