Hi. My name is Katelyn I’m 31 years old, I graduated high school in 2011, I started out in the Restaurant industry as a server and became a bartender, I have done retail jobs trying to find my goal career where I landed into the automotive world.
I love learning the new and different things the auto Industry is bringing to life and what they have done already. I have always been into cars and being around them learning about working on them as well.
I started off as a cashier in a Dodge dealership and quickly learned how to become an express lane service advisor. I wanted to continue my growth in the advisor world and started at BMW, I am now a certified BMW advisor, I have been in the industry all together a little over 2 years and excited to see where I continue to grow.
Certified BMW service advisor - BMW of Columbia in April will be 1 year
Express Service Advisor- Jts Dodgeland of Columbia - 1 ½ years
