I’m Kathy Thompson, a seasoned UX leader, product strategist, and mentor who thrives at the intersection of design, collaboration, and problem-solving. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working on high-impact products that touch millions of users—whether it was reimagining Outlook Desktop at Microsoft, leading authentication and security UX at T-Mobile, or scaling design teams at Atlassian.

But beyond the pixels and processes, my real passion is in people—building strong teams, mentoring designers, and creating experiences that truly matter.
