Kayla Mendoza

I am a hard-working and driven individual who isn't afraid to face a challenge. I'm passionate about my work and I know how to get the job done. I would describe myself as an open and honest person who doesn't believe in misleading other people and tries to be fair in everything I do. I am also a very energetic person with an optimistic mindset.

I have dedicated two years to working as a recreational leader, where I've had the privilege of caring for and educating children. My responsibilities included supervising activities, assisting with homework, and fostering a safe, inclusive environment. This experience extended my passion for working with children and strengthened my ability to communicate effectively with them.

This has also helped me in many factors including working in a fast-paced environment, becoming very attentive to my surroundings, and holding a significant amount of responsibility in my day-to-day tasks.
