Kayley Roche

I’m Kayley - I’m a college student studying marketing and holistic health at the University of Southern Maine. I’ve been able to do some of my education online which has allowed me the time to teach yoga and barre classes for the last 2 years and worked as a studio coordinator for nearly the last 3. Teaching yoga, continuously learning new material and making the world a kinder place are my passions.

I have 2+ years of experience teaching power vinyasa, yoga sculpt, yin, restorative, barre, and bounce classes. I have nearly 3 years of experience working as a studio coordinator - which gave me experience in managing events, sales, scheduling, marketing and brand development, and client relationships.

I’m currently a student at the University of Southern Maine studying marketing and holistic health. My classes are online which allow me to work remotely.
